Developing intelligent processing algorithms to identify property owners based on matrices of real estate sector experts and available data sets. SmartSAT and SmartStreets had been used as a backbone for this project.

Status of the Project
Sample of two districts in Riyadh had been successfully submitted, answered 96% of built parcels, project has been transferred to another government entity.
RESULT
- Answering the Cabinet’s question by building a search engine to answer (Who owns what? Where?).
- Identifying the required data sets to answer the question.
- Developing the required report to be submitted to the Cabinet before the specified date, confirming the feasibility of implementing the project across the entire kingdom.
